EVA solar photovoltaic battery encapsulation film
The company imported eight EVA production lines from Italy, as well as a complete set of European EVA process technology. The annual output is 120 million square meters.
The production description:
Solar photovoltaic cell encapsulation film is heat extrusion film with the main material EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) and various additive. The film is non-viscosity at normal temperature, is easy for cutting and splitting operation. At present the film is used for encapsulation of solar battery panels. Firstly, cutting the required film size, and composite in alumium alloy frame by the procedure glass--film--battery panel-film- back panel; Secondly, placing in the lamination machine for heating--pressurizing--vacuumize; Finally, placing in the setting temperature curing oven for constant temperature in a period time.
